The first steps
The customer payed for service, which includes the prices for regeneration process and the regeneration residues‘liquidation. The price depends on distillation complexity, the distillation yield and the volume of polluted solvent (degreaser) for this process. In generally the price is about 50-70% of new buying solvent’s price, when the regeneration yield is about 75%.
To fixing the price offer, you must send 1 liter of the representative sample of solvent (degreaser) and you have to answer these questions:
- Trade name of a solvent
- Chemical composition of a solvent [f.e. dodekan]
- Chemical composition of solvent’s polluted substances [f.e. oil]
- Boiling point of a clean solvent [oC]
- Ignition point of a clean solvent [oC]
- Density of a solvent [kg/litre]
- Do you send us MSDS (a clean solvent and solvent's polluted substances)?
- our reason for using a solvent [f.e.degreasing]
- A polluted solvent value [litre/month]
All price offers and representative samples’ regenerations are free.
